Up to 500g $5.29
Over 500g to 25kg $9.35
Orders over 25kg shipping is calculated during checkout!
Large Item Deliveries
Large Item Deliveries require different transport vehicles and special handling. These deliveries take longer to transport and incur a separate delivery fee.

Free Click & Collect
Orders are usually ready in within 48 hours, you will be notified when order is ready for collection. When collecting your order from the store, please bring your tax invoice, order confirmation or photo ID.
Orders can only picked up from South Melbourne Market Pet Shop during Market trading days

Authority to leave
If you choose to have `Authority to leave', you must let us know in the cart section of the order text box, your order will be left on your doorstep if no one is available to sign for the order.
Please note in this case South Melbourne Market Pet Shop cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after they have been delivered.

Missed Delivery`s
When the Authority to leave option is not selected at the Check Out, and no one is available to sign for the order a card will be left with a contact number to arrange an alternative delivery day.
